New Year, New You: 3-Day Wellness Reset
Dear one,
Welcome to your 3-Day Wellness Reset!
How you express and move out in the world all depends on what’s moving YOU on the inside. And while of course you can’t become a whole new person in 3 days, your inner workings and your mindset DO impact who you are and how you act. Those actions then translate into how others view and value you, which in turn manifests into how we view ourselves - and so the cycle begins.
Over the next few days you will take your first steps into the new year with a HIGHER vibration - one that is cultivated through putting in time for your well-being. This is here so that you may fill your cup first, so that you can move out into the world and give to your work, your family, your relationships from a place of fullness, love, joy and generosity.
It starts with YOU, and I’m so excited you are here to join me on this ride.

DAY 1: Letting Go
Journaling: What is my relationship with change and growth?Can I freely let go of what no longer serves me in order to create space for growth and new opportunities?
Yoga: Shrug off 2021 with this shoulder opening flow. Props needed: yoga strap, belt, scarf or similar. Cushion, optional. Level: beginners and up.
Meditation: Try my 15-minute meditation on letting go, great to do in the morning or evening, or both!
Affirmation: I let go of my past, embrace my present and welcome my future with great love and compassion.
DAY 2: Opening Up
Journaling: What areas in my life or parts about myself prevent me from opening up? What feels closed or stuck - physically, emotionally and spiritually?
Yoga: Time to open and soften into life with this heart opening flow. Props needed: cushion, optional. Level: beginners and up.
Meditation: Activate the heart space with my 15-minute heart meditation. Allow yourself to connect inward to yourself, and then out to all beings sending love in all directions.
Affirmation: I open my heart without fear, and let myself be loved, and give love, unconditionally.
DAY 3: Expanding Out
Journaling: Who is the person I truly want to be? How does she / he operate and expand out into life? This is your chance to write out your biggest dreams and desires - from goals, to new behaviors, relationship dynamics and more.
Yoga: Move into life with fluidity and expression - it’s all in the hips! Props needed: cushion, optional. Level: beginners and up.
Meditation: Take a journey through self love with this 10-minute self-esteem boosting meditation. Disconnect from the doing, and dive into BEING.
Affirmation: I am safe to express myself, live my truth and shine my light.
