Mindfulness Talks
Talks on why it's more important than ever to focus on our well-being and support our nervous system through mindfulness, meditation techniques and more.
Chair or MAT yoga
Gentle yoga-inspired movement, stretching to open up stuck areas in the body and encourage participants to use these techniques as needed throughout the working day to release tension and encourage blood-flow.
Meditation
Guided meditation session, using body awareness and scanning as well as an uplifting affirmation to help calm both the body and the mind.
Breathwork
Gentle breath awareness exercises to help calm and regulate the nervous system, offering two techniques they can take and use in their wellness journey
Combination Sessions
A combination of any of the above sessions, including time for Q&A, sharing, insights, journalling and more.
