~ Launching January 2025 ~
The beauty of becoming lies in the LETTING GO…
Shedding all that is not you, unlearning stories that no longer fit, and unraveling the threads of what was imposed. Only then can your true self emerge, untamed and whole.
The era of “me” and mine is over. Enter, the era of “we.”
We walk this path together. Sharing our fears, our grief, our struggle.
The healing the world needs comes through creating connection and community.
Unbecome who you were, so that you may be fully who you truly are.
Welcome to Unbecoming
A spacious, online gathering place for women — to connect, learn, share as well as embody the teachings through movement, mindfulness and more.
Using the framework of our cyclical wisdom and inner seasons, we meet twice a month to explore a theme (changing each quarter) over the course of 6 sessions, through circle, practices, learning, and coaching.
The invitation is to purposely show up imperfect and in-process, as I am also, with a curious mind and an open heart ready to lean into AND be held by connection and community.
“The only antidote to perfectionism is to turn away from every whiff of plastic and gloss and follow our grief, pursue our imperfections, and exaggerate our eccentricities until the things we once sought to hide reveal themselves as our majesty.” — Toko-Pa Turner, Belonging
Coming Together
We gather virtually twice a month on for 75 mins, with 6 sessions in each quarter as follows:

4) practice - yoga, conscious movement, meditation (all levels)
5) Q+A, coaching, support
6) short practice + closing, reflections, takeaways
+FREE RESOURCES: suggested reading, recorded meditations, journal prompts

Show up to some, or to all. Sessions will be held live via Zoom, with all recordings available in a library.
Theme
Cyclical wisdom invites us to honor the rhythm of our menstrual cycle as a mirror of nature’s seasons. Each phase holds unique energies: the inner winter of menstruation calls for rest and reflection, while the follicular phase mirrors spring’s vitality and creativity. Ovulation, our inner summer, brings peak energy, connection, and expression, followed by the luteal phase, our inner autumn, which encourages introspection and release. Embracing these inner seasons teaches us to flow with life’s natural ebbs and flows, cultivating deeper self-awareness and balance. This wisdom invites us to see our bodies not as linear but as beautifully cyclical, holding power in every phase.
All women, regardless of whether they currently experience a cycle, are welcome to join.
Q1 | winter / visioning, cocooning
Q2 | spring / emerging but not yet formed
Q3 | summer / expressing and outward connecting
Q4 | autumn / going inward
Special guests will also be joining in from time to time, to share their gifts with the group and add wider variety and depth to the journey, including sessions on cycle awareness, embodied voice, somatic experiencing, astrology and much more.
