Busy season is always around the corner.
How does that make you feel? Excited or nervous?
Whether you have kids or not, have a job or not, have kids or not, this is undoubtably the start of a BUSY season for all of us.
For me personally, the summer months are usually slow and as September rolls around the work requests begin to rapidly ramp up (as does my heart rate!) and this reminded me of how important it is to connect to my self-care rituals and really seal them in before the start of the season.
