All we need is the right technique, environment and guidance to kick-start our practice, and to be guided in a way that feels accessible and attainable. Often, we feel there is too much going on in our lives and it’s hard for our minds to slow down.
Just like our bodies need rest after a full work day, our minds experience the same fatigue, making it important to stop, reset and re-focus.

Join me for this 8-night, lush retreat to dive into the elements of meditation, movement, mindfulness, energy, connection and more. We will be tucked away in a beautiful home-grown wellness retreat, surrounded by greenery and just minutes from the beach.
Enjoy daily guided sessions, self-practice, nutritious meals as well as time for deep rest and restoration. Adventure and exploration also await you - with trips to see the famous Big Buddha and canoeing in the world-renowned Phang Nga Bay.
