If you feel your pulse rising and anxiety swelling, take 10 minutes aside to hold space for whatever arises and meditate with Dina. We'll use words, body scanning, and breath to help calm the nervous system and give space for the tension, sensations, emotions to be heard, and then let go - allowing the heart to take over the mind and replace fear with love and gratitude.

I invite you to sit in this full 15-minute practice for inner alignment and deeper awareness into the cosmic energy wheels that sit along our spine from the base to the crown of the head through the central energy channel in our body. In times of great uncertainty, we forget that change is constant and we begin to grasp, crave and attach to permanence rather than accept the natural flow of life. We spend most of our waking days thinking, and sometimes our thoughts can spiral out of our control until we are totally consumed by them. Take a moment today to pause - step out of the chatter of the mind and connect to what's really here and now. Through this meditation, we learn to take the seat of awareness, witnessing our thoughts without judgement, letting them in and letting them go, and step into our essential self for a moment: not our thoughts, stories, or emotions. Just presence.

I welcome you to try this self forgiveness and self acceptance meditation to help affirm the opposite – that your worth and value isn't created by external accolades or how much you have acheived but by an unconditional love and unwavering trust in your own self. Why is doing nothing so challenging for some of us? Well, for one, we've been conditioned over many years and lifetimes that doing and achieving is associated with our self worth. Sometimes, "doing" and "self worth" are synonymous with striving in a career, moving up the ranks, and reaching a financial goal. Therefore stopping, and sitting to do nothing takes immense courage! So dear humble warriors, it's time disconnect from the doing, and re-connect to the soul: your the highest, perfect self.

Join me for my simple yet effective 5 minute meditation, focusing on letting go. By paying attention to the breath and using the repetition of a mantra, we can help relax the mind and body, and sink deeper into our own awareness. Ultimately, we can let go of what no longer serves us in this moment, so that we have the full permission to just BE. Great for all levels, enjoy.

This guided meditation will help you to bring acceptance and awareness to what is real - not past or future, but what is here now; and to accept and embrace it for greater peace, calm and equanimity.
